Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Client,” or “Contractor”) and WEDYS L.L.C., doing business as Lazzim (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Lazzim mobile application or Lazzim.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming binding contracts to use Lazzim.

2. Marketplace Intermediary Disclaimer

Contractors listed on Lazzim are independent third-party service providers. They are not employees, joint venturers, or agents of Lazzim. Lazzim does not supervise, direct, or control contractors’ day-to-day operations or the physical performance of their work. Clients are solely responsible for evaluating quotes and selecting contractors suitable for their project requirements.

3. User Accounts & Identity Verification

• Account Integrity: You must provide truthful, current, and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• Contractor Identity Verification: Contractors can apply for a verified “PRO” badge by completing our biometric identity verification process powered by Didit Identity Inc. Submitting fraudulent identification documents will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of credits.
• Account Switching: User accounts with an approved contractor profile may toggle between Client and Contractor modes within the application. Preview or purely client accounts cannot switch without proper contractor registration.

4. Bid Credits & In-App Purchases

Contractors purchase digital Bid Credits to unlock client job details and submit custom job proposals:

• Bid credits are purchased through Google Play In-App Billing on Android devices.
• Credits are consumable digital goods designed exclusively for in-app lead unlocking.
• Except where required by applicable consumer law or Google Play Store policies, purchased bid credits are non-refundable and hold no outside monetary redemption value.

5. Contractor Payouts & Transfers

Contractor withdrawals and earnings disbursements are processed via authorized third-party channels, including MontyPay, Whish Money, or designated domestic bank transfers. Contractors must provide accurate beneficiary full names and registered mobile transfer credentials. Lazzim is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect recipient numbers entered by the user.

6. Ratings, Reviews & Dispute Mediation

Clients may rate and submit authentic reviews for contractors who performed completed services. Reviews must be based on genuine, first-hand experiences. Defamatory, fraudulent, or retaliatory reviews are prohibited. Contractors may challenge a review through our in-app dispute review system, triggering impartial review by Lazzim compliance support.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, municipal, or international building, labor, or licensing laws;
• Post false, deceptive, or misleading job descriptions or commercial quotes;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or interfere with the mobile app or API security;
• Engage in harassment, abusive conduct, or intimidation against other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall WEDYS L.L.C., Lazzim, or its officers, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, property damage, bodily injury, or workmanship defects arising from services arranged through the platform.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico / Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through confidential binding arbitration.
