How Data Deletion Works at Lazzim

At Lazzim, you maintain full control over your personal records. Under Google Play Store policies and international data protection regulations (GDPR/CCPA), you can initiate a permanent deletion request either directly from the mobile app or via this web form.

Option 1: In the Mobile App

1. Open the Lazzim app.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm your decision to instantly initiate erasure.

Option 2: Web Request Form

Fill in your registered email and phone number below. Our automated compliance service verifies the account and wipes all data within 30 days.

Warning: Deletion is irreversible. Once processed, your account profile, job history, contractor ratings, portfolio photos, and remaining bid credits will be permanently purged and cannot be recovered.

What data is deleted?

• User Profile data (Name, email, phone, location coordinates, profile avatar)

• Job postings, quotes, proposals, and in-app chat history

• Contractor portfolio photos, category selections, and credit purchase records

• Verification records and external token references
