2. Categories of Personal Data We Collect
- Identifiers & Contact Info: Full legal name, business name, email address, phone number, physical address/neighborhood, and IP address.
- Precise & Approximate Geolocation Data: With your explicit mobile permission, we collect GPS coordinates to calculate distances between clients and contractors, display nearby job leads, and optimize local trade matching.
- Camera & Media Files: Photos and documents uploaded for job posts, work quotes, completed job proof, and contractor portfolio galleries.
- Financial & Purchase Information: Bid credit purchases are processed securely through Google Play In-App Billing. Contractor payout channels (MontyPay, Whish Money, or direct bank transfer) collect necessary account routing details. We do not store raw credit card numbers.
- Identity & Biometric Data (Contractors): To maintain trust and earn the "Verified PRO" badge, trade contractors verify their government identity document and facial liveness through our partner Didit Identity Inc.
- User-Generated Content: Customer job postings, quotes, proposal messages, reviews, ratings, and customer dispute communications.
- Device & Telemetry Data: Mobile device identifiers, OS version, app version, network state, and error logs for application stability.

Connecting clients with local tradespeople, managing bid credit wallets, and facilitating communications.
Escrow & Fraud Prevention
Authenticating user identities via Didit KYC, detecting duplicate or illegitimate accounts, and protecting user transactions.
Location-Based Matching
Allowing contractors to filter nearby work and letting homeowners see estimated arrival distances.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance
Meeting tax, financial, and digital marketplace record-keeping standards.

5. Strict AI Protection & No Model Training
Your Data is Never Used to Train AI Models
Lazzim explicitly guarantees that customer personal data, inputs, photos, communications, and user-generated content are never sold, shared with third parties, or used to train generative AI or public machine learning models.
6. Account Deletion & Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
You hold the fundamental right to access, rectify, export, or permanently delete your Lazzim account and all associated personal records at any time.
How to Delete Your Account and Data:
- In-App: Open the Lazzim mobile app > Go to Profile > Tap Delete Account.
- Web Form: Visit our dedicated Account & Data Deletion Request Page.
- Email: Send a deletion request to [email protected] from your registered account email.
Upon confirmed deletion, all personal data, reviews, photos, and wallet identifiers are irreversibly erased from our production databases within 30 days.
7. Security & International Data Transfers
All data in transit is protected using modern 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Access to server infrastructure is restricted with role-based authentication and token rotation. International data transfers adhere to Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
